Guests say

Chi Prenn Byhan is a well-regarded lodge praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and stunning location. Guests have enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, proximity to attractions, and the added luxury of a hot tub. While there have been minor issues with facilities and maintenance, the overall experience is highly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

The lodge consistently receives high praise for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being spotless and well-maintained. Only one comment suggested the need for a more thorough cleaning of bathroom tiles.

The location is frequently highlighted as ideal, with its peaceful setting, beautiful views, and proximity to Tintagel and coastal walks. It is considered perfect for exploring North Cornwall.

Comfort is well-reviewed, with guests finding the lodge clean and comfortable. There are minor notes on the shower mats being slippery and a desire for hotter shower water, but overall, the comfort level is high.

Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped kitchen and a hot tub. However, there were issues with the hot tub not being ready, a non-functioning microwave, and suggestions for additional items like a washing machine and better frying pans.

While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no specific mention of gifts or special touches that would fall under the category of thoughtfulness. Therefore, this score cannot be provided.

The Lodge was very clean, spacious and felt like home for the week I really like how it was decorated with all the cornish homeware and had all the facilities we needed during our stay. The hot tub was the highlight of our stay, it was kept clean and maintained by the staff on site. The views were amazing although very windy (but that was the time of year we went, February) I could imagine this in the summer season being beautiful We had a lovely walk into tintagel where we enjoyed a pub lunch. The only criticism I have is the knifes can do with updating or sharpening (which i tried) and the sofa wasn't very comfy. This doesn't mean we wouldn't book again because we would 100% book again (even looked at some dates of availability) and I can highly recommend this lodge to anyone else looking at booking. You wont be disappointed Thank you to the owners and to the site who keeps it looking spotless Until next time, thank you
