Brae Heights is a contemporary, family holiday home positioned in a quiet private spot, yet ideally located a short walk from one of North Cornwall’s most spectacular beaches, Daymer Bay. Whether you holiday with friends or family, this is a well-placed retreat for a seaside break in North Cornwall for up to eight people, and with both a sunny decking and open fire, it is desirable at any time of year.

Enter on the ground floor of Brae Heights, and you will immediately feel relaxed and calm, as the tranquil, coastal colours wash over you. As you move through the open-plan sitting room, towards the high gloss, contemporary grey kitchen and dining area, the light and airy space provided by the conservatory and many windows adds to the serenity.

Continuing on the serene theme, also on the ground floor are three comfortably finished bedrooms including one en-suite super king-size double bedroom (which can be configured as twin beds on request*), and two twin rooms which share a beautifully renovated family bathroom.

If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, the final bedroom is on the first floor and has its own en-suite shower room, a king-size bed, and doors leading out to a private balcony with seating and views over the bay, a very special place for sundowners with your loved one.

In addition to the balcony, why not head out on to the terrace off the ground floor; furnished with a fantastic outdoor table and chairs, you can enjoy sumptuous meals whilst gazing out to sea – or perhaps play a game of football on the spacious lawn area.

If you are looking to explore, venture along the footpath and private road to access beautiful Greenway Beach 50 yards away, or drive just 2.5 miles to Rock, where you can try numerous watersports, and dine at one of the wonderful restaurants.

Enjoy all of this before heading back to Brae Heights for a relaxing evening sipping cocktails on the sun bathed terrace – a very special property for your holiday in North Cornwall.

Trebetherick straddles the Polzeath to Wadebridge road and extends west to Daymer Bay and northwest to Trebetherick Point, a rocky headland in the estuary. Daymer Bay with a sandy beach provides safe bathing for holidaying families and is also popular with windsurfers. Brea Hill located at the south end of Daymer Bay makes for an energetic walk for all. Trebetherick has a general stores and Polzeath is only half a mile away with a selection of shops and restaurants around a sandy surfing beach. The water sports haven of Rock is only 1 ½ miles away with a ferry running frequently between Rock and Padstow. The area has several coastal walking opportunities, and is close to St Enodoc's championship golf course. Rock also features a collection of shops including a delicatessen, butchers, and bakers, however for more extensive shopping facilities the town of Wadebridge is approximately 8 miles away.
