These meals can be relished at the living/dining room's table, before sinking back into the space's sumptuous seating and switching on the TV for a movie night. Those seeking a little privacy can continue to the study, where they can curl up with a captivating book. When night falls, freshen up in the cloakroom before ascending the stairs to find four enticing bedrooms, the first one being the master, with a king-size bed and dual aspect windows bringing in lovely views of the country; the space also opens out to an en-suite shower room. Embark on a quick walk into the Rock to find a great handful of eateries, including The Mariners Public House, along with a handy convenience store, the St Enodoc Golf Club and the wonderful Rock Beach; you can also access the South West Coastal Path here, perfect for walkers! Take the ferry over to Padstow, a charming town hosting a range of things to do, including touring the National Lobster Hatchery, visiting the stunning Prideaux Place, and sunbathing on the nearby St George's Cove.Spend some time in Polzeath, a seaside resort hosting a wonderful beach that is renowned for being a great spot for surfing beginners; the village is also within reach of the stunning Pentire Point and The Rumps fortress. Within easy reach of the property are the delights of Newquay, Wadebridge, Bodmin and St Austell, whilst Perranporth and Truro rest further afield and offer even more to see and do. Rock is an attractive seaside community near the northern eastern bank of the River Camel, adjacent to the famed port town of Padstow, which is easily accessible by a regular ferry service. The summer residence of royalty and celebrities, offering first-rate restaurants and high-end shopping, the true appeal is the variety of activities available, including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, and fishing. Keeping with the athletic motif, the neighbouring St Enodoc golf course is regarded as one of the best in the country.
