Carnweather, a stunning holiday home in Cornwall, is located in the heart of Polzeath. With a balcony and plenty of home comforts for a fantastic self-catering holiday, as well as being close to local amenities, this property is an ideal escape for a family holiday or a group of friends escaping to the seaside. When you arrive at the property, you will be greeted by private underground parking before entering the three-story home. After a sandy day at the beach, a utility and shower room on the ground floor provide space to throw your clothes in the washing machine and rinse off in the shower. This floor also has two twin bedrooms and a shared balcony, which is ideal for sitting out on warm evenings. Ascend two flights of stairs to the remaining bedrooms, which include a double with an en-suite bathroom and a king-size with an en-suite shower room, ideal for any couples in the group or those who prefer the convenience and privacy of an en-suite. Return to the first floor, which is located in the centre of the property and serves as the home's social hub. An open-plan living area with a woodburning stove allows your group to unwind after a long day, and the balcony offers another outdoor space to enjoy the sun with a coffee or glass of wine. Fill your stomach with a delicious home-cooked meal prepared on the range-style cooker, and then use the dishwasher to clean up. If you don't feel like cooking one evening, the local area has a plethora of restaurants within walking distance, as well as by car; dine at one of the nearby eateries, such as The Waterfront, or simply grab some fish and chips from Hayle Fish & Chips Chicken Bar and head down to Polzeath beach. Exit the town and visit Padstow, a lovely town on the River Camel's estuary. The town has a long history dating back to the mediaeval era, and it is a popular tourist destination due to its picturesque location. Padstow has a lot to offer, from exploring the stunning Pentire Point to visiting the National Lobster Hatchery and taking a boat ride with Padstow Sealife Safaris. Wadebridge, a beautiful town near the house, is home to Pencarrow House and Garden, as well as the St Breock Downs Monolith. These attractions are sure to please visitors, and there is plenty more to see and do in the surrounding area. Wadebridge is the ideal place to unwind and take in the breathtaking scenery. Whatever you do on vacation, Carnweather is an excellent choice at any time of year.

Polzeath has a sandy beach with rock pools that is renowned as one of the top surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath has a few stores, cafes, and restaurants, and the 630-mile South West Coast Path passes through town. It is just over seven miles to Wadebridge, a bustling market town with a riverside location and North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. The surrounding town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed ancient homes, and famed eateries, is well worth exploring. Newquay, the UK's surfing hub, is only a short drive away. Polzeath is a great location for exploring Cornwall.
