Tucked away on the edge of Polzeath, Jupiter House is a spacious and contemporary five-bedroom family home, stylishly designed for comfort and relaxation. Sleeping up to ten guests, it’s the perfect base for seaside escapes; whether you’re soaking up the sun in the enclosed garden, unwinding in the hot tub, or strolling down to the golden sands of Polzeath Beach, just a five-minute walk away.
Step inside to a light-filled open-plan living space, thoughtfully designed for socialising. The inviting lounge features a curved leather sofa, a 48” Smart Television, a sound bar, and a record player for relaxed evenings in. The rustic dining table comfortably seats ten, while the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, with a fridge freezer, gas hob, double electric oven which also doubles as a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Just off the kitchen, a utility room offers additional space, complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and extra storage. A handy shower room is also located here, perfect for freshening up after a day at the beach.
Three beautifully appointed ground-floor bedrooms provide a restful retreat. The first boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and doors leading to a private patio. The second has a king-size bed with garden access, while the third is a twin room with a shared front patio. A stylish family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower sits between them.
Upstairs, a cosy second lounge with a log burner leads out to a suntrap balcony with views of Pentire Point - perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Fabulous sea view house with generous accommodation for large groups but intimate enough for smaller groups wanting to have a laid back holiday with all the amenities you could wish for. We highly recommend Jupiter House for your Cornwall holiday.

Good house for a group of 10, including 4 kids. Heated outside shower was great. Easy walk down hill to the beach. Plenty of parking.

Just a beautiful place and now great memories! The decor was outstanding and spot on for a house by the sea. We ate in a lot, and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more!). I was there with my 4 children and the 2 lounges, big open kitchen/eating area and outside spaces were enough to give us all something - either together or for a bit of quiet time (mainly me!) It's a bit of a walk down to the beach and shops, but we knew that and were happy with the 10 mins - no complaining from the kids after a great day at the beach. We also went back and forth to see the sunset (although the balcony and views from the house are great). Communication was also excellent, and information comprehensive. All in all I can highly recommend it as a great family place in Polzeath. Just a great place and we had a wonderful time. If it wasn't for results day, I'd have been staying! Thank you again.
