Outside is just as impressive, with an uninterrupted vantage point over Hendra beach. And when you’re not soaking away in the hot tub or playing table tennis with the kids, you can stroll to the bottom of the garden and be on the sand in under a minute.

Located in Cornwall’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Little Cottage is exceptionally well placed to enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. St Michael's Mount with its tidal causeway and subtropical gardens is a delight for both young and old in Marazion, and if you fancy treating yourselves to an excellent meal you can take your pick from a host of terrific restaurants in both the harbour towns of Porthleven and St Ives. Of course, you’d be forgiven for preferring to stay put too as the south west coast path, beach and waves are just 40 metres from your doorstep so you amble, sunbathe, explore, swim and surf to your heart’s content.

*Little Cottage welcomes two dogs. Please note that the garden isn’t completely enclosed and has a path that leads straight on to the beach

The garden which includes a large patio with Rattan lounge suite and firepit has out of this world views over the sea that span the whole bay. Direct access down to the beach is via a short path at the bottom of the lawn.

There’s a picnic bench with another firepit, a charcoal BBQ, Jacuzzi (to the side of the house), hammock, trampoline, Ping Pong table (under cover), tree house, slide, outdoor shower and surf / beach gear store with Boogie boards)

Inside, off the first floor landing, there’s a door that leads to a suntrap decked terrace

Parking

Parking for two cars on the front drive with space for an extra vehicle right in front of the gate to the property. There is also additional parking in a small car park a few metres from the house but this is on a first come first served basis
