Floraldene sleeps eight across four charming bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private balcony and an en-suite shower room, while the other three bedrooms include a spacious twin room with a basin, a smaller twin room, and a room with bunk beds, perfect for younger guests. With a family bathroom and an additional shower room, there is ample space for everyone. A handy boot room, laundry room, and outside shower complete the main house, ensuring practicality and comfort throughout your stay.

This wonderful home can be booked alongside The Boat House, should you wish to holiday as a larger group. Floraldene & The Boat House, sleeps up to 14 guests in total with an addition three bedrooms. Please note, The Boat House will be unoccupied and not available for use when Floraldene is booked separately.

Floraldene is the perfect place to unwind and relax! The property is clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for a family getaway. The location is perfect with several beaches within walking distance as well as shops/cafes located just at the end of the road. The property is a real home away from home!

âââââââFloraldene is the most perfect house for a big extended family holiday. There is space and quiet zones for everyone and a huge garden for younger lot to play football/ do dance routines! The position is incredible as it is a short 10 minute walk over the fields to Daymer bay and a wonderful walk to Rock and along the cliffs to Polzeath. We absolutely love coming here and would highly recommend booking it!

Floraldene is the perfect family holiday home. I have been staying there for years and itâs in a wonderful location - just a short walk from the Daymer Bay, and midway between Polzeath and Rock. Thereâs a cot, high chair and everything that you could need; a real home from home. Itâs equally wonderful in winter or summer and I cannot recommend the house enough.
