Retreat to this utterly charming traditional seaside cottage, nestled just moments from the serene shores of Daymer Bay. This spacious property offers a perfect blend of character and modern conveniences, making it the ideal spot for family getaways or group retreats. With a gorgeous garden, sunny patio, and barbecue, you’ll love spending your days here. Not to mention, your four-legged friends are welcome to come along for the adventure.
The ground floor is a true haven, with a light-filled sitting room where you can sink into comfy sofas beside an open fire, perfect for cosy evenings after exploring the coast. The charming kitchen has everything you need, including a traditional AGA, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a characterful dining room, ideal for family meals. There is also a snug/playroom with a television, additional seating and a dining table, a perfect haven fro younger guests.
The first floor is home to five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering a peaceful sanctuary to unwind. Choose from two lovely double bedrooms, a cosy twin room, a bunk room, or a single room. There are two bathrooms, both offering a lovely space to freshen up, complete with a bath, wash basin, and WC, providing everything you need to feel rejuvenated.
Step outside into the garden and feel the stress of daily life melt away. With a lovely lawned area, sunny patio, and barbecue for summer feasts, this outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the fresh Cornish air. The covered eating area ensures that you can dine outdoors whatever the weather. There’s also a small utility room and an additional WC and shower conveniently located in the garden.
For those who love the outdoors, you’re in the perfect spot. Just a short walk along the famous coast path will lead you to Polzeath’s surf-ready beach, or head in the opposite direction to Rock, where you can enjoy sailing, fishing, and golf, or catch the passenger ferry to Padstow.
