Set over three floors, this contemporary house provides high quality accommodation, with breath-taking views of Polzeath beach. Epphaven is the ultimate place for a seaside holiday.

As you enter the property on the ground floor you are greeted by a hallway leading to the stairs for the beautifully light and airy open plan living space, a well-equipped kitchen with glass doors opening out to the balcony seating area. For those colder evenings sit back and relax in front of the woodburner in the sitting area.

There are four bedrooms a super king with an en-suite bathroom, a twin room on the second floor with a family shower room, a queen and bunk bedroom on the ground floor with doors opening out onto a large decking area, also on the ground floor is a family shower room and a utility room.

The attractive large decking area has a BBQ, table and chairs a lovely spot to soak up the sunshine. There is also an outside shower perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day on the beach.

A private footpath will take you down to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants of Polzeath. Polzeath is popular for surfing and body boarding as well as a exploring the rockpools and building sandcastles. Head along the coastal path to the nearby beach of Daymer bay providing you with picturesque views.

A 2.9 mile drive to the popular town of Rock where you can try your hand at various watersports, plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and pub.

For a memorable Cornish adventure Epphaven is the perfect place.

The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.

    Didn't enjoy the people coming over from the pub and smoking weed in the carpark. Would love it if the accepted 2 dogs

    The grill was dirty and ashes were inside, clearly from a previous holiday maker. Would it be possible for the housekeeper to check this after each rental to ensure this is clean?
