A private gravelled driveway leads you to your idyllic Cornish retreat. Once inside, the hallway leads to the open-plan, spacious and light living area with vaulted ceilings and wall to wall windows. The contemporary wood burning stove will keep you cosy and warm on those cooler evenings. French doors lead out to the pretty terrace and two steps lead down to the well-equipped country style kitchen and dining area with seating for four guests. Also conveniently situated on the ground floor is a twin bedroom along with a family bathroom and cloakroom. The large and luxurious master bedroom suite is up the stairs on the first floor and features a super-king size bed, exposed beams and rafters and an en-suite shower-room. Outside, the large terrace houses garden furniture and a barbecue, inviting you to dine al-fresco during the summer months.

Gonwin Manor is a stunning setting. There is a small lake with carp swimming below the surface and, of course, with glorious sea views of St Ives Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse. Guests can enjoy an aperitif on the pontoon whilst watching the sunset before heading back to Poppy Cottage for dinner.

Perfect for a romantic break or a wonderful family holiday in one of Cornwall’s most desirable locations. The scenic coastal path leading from the grounds takes you west to St. Ives or east to Gwithian and Hayle Towans.
