The apartment has high quality fixtures and fittings and really thoughtful touches that means your stay is comfortable. We didn’t lack for anything. The decoration of the apartment was beautiful and reflected St Ives. We loved the balcony which gave a fantastic view of the sea and Porthminster beach. The balcony was larger than the other apartments and the outdoor sofa area was like an extra room. It was a short walk down to the beach and along the warren into St Ives. All the rooms make fantastic advantage of the sea view and it was lovely to see the boats coming in and out of St Ives harbour. The train is a few minutes from the apartment and we took that to Carbis Bay. Porthminister beach, the closest to the apartment, was our favourite beach. Parking opposite in the car park building was great. The car park space was one of the first through the door and as it was angled in the corner - there was plenty of space to get in and out of the car. It was the best space in there and although the listing mentioned that the hotel may on a rare occasion block the space - we didn’t experience this. To be honest, the short distance to St Ives and so much to explore meant that we didn’t use the car much. It is such a beautiful place that it is definitely one we would consider returning to. Thank you x

It was just heavenly to wake up every morning and fall asleep every night to the sound of the waves and that view of the sea. So close to the wonderful Porthminster Beach, great parking facility and just a short stroll into St Ives itself. We didn’t need the car at all, apart from a quick trip to the nearby Tesco for food supplies. The apartment was luxurious and very comfortable. We all had a very relaxing, lovely week. Thank you!
