There is a slight slope with 6 spaced out steps leading to the the property, which is buggy friendly, and an additional 3 steps going into the property

GARDEN and PARKING: Patio area with table, seating and, around the corner, an outside tap with shower attachment and large toy box. No allocated parking. Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog, £25 per week. This is a dog friendly house, but if you have a dog that likes to bark then this isn’t the house for you out of consideration for our neighbours.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: High chair; Portable cot (Chicco 93cm x 53 cm mattress); Portable side bed rail; Stair gate; Play mat with table and 2 chairs; A few child’s cutlery items.
