A single Story property with two bedrooms sleeping 4, overlooking a lake,  accepts one dog, post and rail fenced garden.

Marleys is a single story bungalow built in 1998, set in a little semi enclosed garden, next to a pony paddock which looks over a lake and beyond towards Crackington Haven.   

There is parking for several cars within the fenced and gated garden area, outside seating with a picnic bench and table,   electric heating and wood burning stove.

It has an open plan little sitting/dining/kitchen room, with a wood stove (logs provided),  two bedrooms, one double room (4ft 6 in bed) one twin room ( 3 ft single bed and a 2ft 6 in truckle bed, which can be made upon request).  A family bathroom with shower over bath.  

Electricity via £1 coin meter, but owner puts first few £1's to start guests off.  The electric moveable radiators in the property run off the coin meter.

Logs are supplied for the first night in Autumn and Winter.

One dog is permitted at £30.00 per pet per week.
