The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and en-suite with double basins, whilst another king-size bedroom and two bunk rooms, plus a shower room and separate wc, also rest on this floor.

Venture outside and you’ll be greeted with a lovely south-west facing courtyard with space to relax and enjoy the outdoors, furnished with a table and bench set for alfresco dining.

Close by in bustling Port Isaac, there’s a selection of independent shops and galleries waiting to be explored, plus fine restaurants, pubs and cafés offering fresh local seafood. For those looking to discover the surrounding coastline, the sandy beaches of Rock, Daymer and Polzeath are only a 10 minute drive away.

An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. Only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike. There is ample parking at the top of the village.
