Located on a holiday complex just a few miles from Newquay, this spacious semi detached property is ideal for families due to the on site leisure facilities.

Alongside the amenities that can be enjoyed within the park, there is also much to see and do in Newquay, which is world famous for its surfing beaches. There are the attractions of Newquay Zoo, the Blue Reef Aquarium and much, much more, as well as a vast selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and night time entertainment. Being just ten minutes from the A30, the property is also within easy reach of much of Cornwall. Many pretty seaside towns and beaches can be found nearby, including Perranporth, St Agnes, Padstow and Portreath. On the ground floor of the property guests can find a lounge/kitchen/diner, a double bedroom and a shower room with WC. The lounge/kitchen/diner opens up the ground floor as a vast social space perfect for the whole party to relax in. Sink into the leather sofas and enjoy a film on the TV/DVD in the lounge, and gather around the dining table for a family meal, which comfortably seats eight and can be found near the kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with an integrated oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine with the property, but an on site launderette is available to use, with a small fee applied. Upstairs the property offers a further three bedrooms, as well as bathroom, which features a luxurious spa bath, separate shower and WC. The three bedrooms consist of a twin, a double, and a master double, which benefits from an en suite shower room with WC. Although the property does not enjoy its own garden, there are a host of indoor and outdoor leisure facilities on site to be enjoyed by all ages. These include a gym, bar, restaurant, tennis courts, pitch n putt, a children s playground and indoor and outdoor swimming pools (outdoor pool open July September only, weather permitting). At an extra cost, there is also a nine hole golf course and spa on site. Off road parking is available.
