In the sitting room you have the benefit of a TV, but you will most likely find yourself staring out of the window at the breath-taking views of the sea and coast, a beautiful sight to behold especially when it’s from the comfort of a plush chair or sofa, with the open fire providing some extra warmth in the winter months. When you begin to tire, walk upstairs to come to the bedrooms which include a king-size which has a vanity unit, a small double bedroom and a twin room which features an unusual but handy feature of a shower and a basin within the room. Both the hallway, king-size and small double bedrooms have breathtaking sea views. Get ready for the day in the family bathroom containing a bath with a shower, a compact but well placed room. When the sun is shining sit out on the lawn to the front of the property and have a picnic with the little ones, or spend time in the courtyard to the rear for a peaceful moment with a book. Wander out and down the coastal path into the village and through the winding streets to explore this pretty little place, you'll see cafes, small shops, and local businesses scattered through the narrow lanes, with many corners to explore. For a day out, drive down to Polzeath to try out the waves at Polzeath Beach, if you need more practice though you can visit Surf's Up Surf School for some tips and pointers to get you on your wave! Trelanic is a wonderful property perfect for getting to know this corner of Cornwall.

Port Isaac is a vibrant fishing village in Cornwall lying on a beautiful stretch of coastline. A scattering of properties and buildings make up this bustling settlement, with most of the old part of the village consisting of 18th and 19th century cottages. Wander through the narrow and winding streets to discover the quaint cafes, restaurants and pubs, after a day of walking the Coastal path, or relaxing by the harbour.
