Nestled in the countryside of one of Cornwall s most charming fishing villages, Boscastle, this home boasts close proximity to an array of adventurous activities. Boscastle itself, just 1 mile away, is a must stop for any walkers coming along the renowned South West Coast Path which runs through the village. Here holds a bustling harbour, the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic and local cafes, boutique shops, and art galleries selling a number of handmade souvenirs to take home with you. In addition, other local holidaying ventures include the ruins of Tintagel Castle, the stunning Port Isaac and an array of golden beaches, three of which are in the coastal town of Bude. All of this is under 16 miles from the property. Enter the cottage into the ground floor corridor, with doorways to each of the three spacious bedrooms. The first of which on your immediate left contains a king size bed, TV and an en suite shower room with a shower and WC. Heading opposite into the second bedroom, you have a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) and a Smart TV. Further down the corridor, there is a shower room with WC and a further master bedroom with a king size bed, sofa bed if needed (request bedding at time of booking) walkthrough wardrobe and en suite bathroom, with a shower over Jacuzzi bath and WC. Heading up the stairs you will come to the first floor landing area with the lounge directly ahead of you and kitchen to your right hand side. The lounge pulls you in with the enticing corner sofa, electric fire and Smart TV the perfect combination for a movie night. There is also a separate WC just off the lounge. Moving into the kitchen/diner, this has everything you need including an electric oven and induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The dining room has ample seating space and provides easy access to both the lounge and outdoor terrace. Outside, there is a terrace to the rear which includes a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating. The front garden has fantastic views over the surrounding countryside and is connected to the terrace via steps to the right of the cottage. The cottage itself is accessed down the private farm lane and parking is situated directly outside the property, with ample space for four cars. This property has a private water supply.
