Set in the picturesque fishing of Port Isaac, Cornwall, Tamarisk is a smartly furnished, detached bungalow. With an enclosed garden and welcoming one dog by arrangement, Tamarisk is a wonderful choice for a family holiday on the Cornish coast. The farmhouse style kitchen has everything you will need for a pleasurable self-catering stay: the dining room is light and spacious, and the sitting room is cosy, as well as having a woodburning stove to curl up in front of on chilly evenings. A family bathroom contains a large walk-in shower, and the bedrooms are both sizeable, with one containing a king-size bed and the other furnished with two twin beds. Within the enclosed garden there is a lawned area and terrace with picnic table and barbeque – ideal for cooking some local produce purchased in the village. Port Isaac has all the usual village amenities for your everyday needs including a small supermarket, shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. Sunny days can be spent swimming in the clear waters of Port Gaverne’s sheltered cove or exploring the rock pools at low tide. Spend a memorable holiday on the Cornish coast with a stay at Tamarisk.

A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. Only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike. There is ample parking at the top of the village.
