Wonderful cottage with a cosy yet modern feel. Location was fab. Barry’s Lane is narrow but approaching from church road to offload belongings was very easy. Link Rd car park was very cheap for the week (£9 in total over Christmas week) and was easy to access via the steps and lanes - good work out as it’s uphill. We hardly used the car though as everything was on our doorstep. Shops, restaurants, walks, bike hire and the beach only half a mile away. The cottage had a great kitchen with full sized fridge and full sized freezer (as separate units), a washing machine and dishwasher. The log burner was gorgeous on chillier nights. The smart TV was fab for rainy afternoons before supper. We loved staying here and would recommend to others.

Great location in the centre of Padstow. Very clean and had all the amenities. Only negative was the comfort level of the sofas/armchairs and minimal space between the dining table and stools.

Clean comfortable and very well located for everywhere in Padstow. We also took the ferry across to Rock and enjoyed a walk up through the village. The bakery was very good.
