Silvershell House is a well-appointed bungalow, positioned at the top of the fishing village of Port Isaac in North Cornwall. On arrival, before heading through to the impressive open plan living area, set down your luggage in the bedrooms, which include a king-size room with en-suite shower, a further double room with en-suite shower and a twin room offering views of the coast.

With your luggage deposited, walk in to the light and airy living space and make a well-deserved cup of Cornish tea in the delightful kitchen, featuring a breakfast table where your group can gather together and plan the day’s adventures. An archway leads through to the open-plan dining area and sitting room, which offers ample seating and a fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings.

From the kitchen, step out into the enclosed garden, which boasts both a lawn and raised decking area where you can soak up the Cornish sunshine and breathe in the sea air, whilst enjoying alfresco dining.

Just a short walk away is the famous harbour of Port Isaac, where you will be spoilt for choice with eateries, galleries and independent shops. The filming location of Doc Martin and the film Fisherman’s Friends, this picturesque village is famous for its winding narrow streets and pretty fishing cottages.

Further afield, explore the rugged North Cornwall coastline either on foot or by car - peppered with beauty spots and sandy beaches such as Daymar Bay, Rock and Polzeath, this stretch of coast is sure to take your breath away!

A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. Only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike. There is ample parking at the top of the village.
