Contemporary in its interior, the ground floor boasts a dramatic open plan, double height kitchen diner which forms the heart of the house – a very special room to relax and socialise in with loved ones, with the added benefit of a feature Aga, which offers added warmth during the colder months. The cosy sitting room with wood burning stove takes in breath-taking harbour views, and the patio doors lead out onto the raised decking and garden - a favourite spot to watch the sunset with a refreshing drink. Also on the ground floor is a small bedroom, separate WC and shower room. A true focal point of the house, the floating staircase leads to the semi-elliptical landing linking the three first floor bedrooms, all boasting stunning views of the valley, two of which have the added luxury of an en-suite bathroom.

For long alfresco breakfasts, or chilled evening sundowners, the large decking area with tiered garden is a must - and with the added bonus of a luxury hot tub (available at an extra cost), complete with blue-tooth music and lighting, you are guaranteed some well-deserved rest and relaxation!

Situated just a short distance from Port Isaac and its thriving fishing harbour, Cloud Nine is perfectly located to take full advantage of all this thriving village has to offer. Home to a wealth of boutique shops, art galleries and eateries, including the popular restaurant of Michelin star chef Nathan Outlaw, you won’t find yourself short of things to do. For outdoor enthusiasts, golf, horse riding, kayaking, coasteering and even wild swimming are all on offer, and the South West Coast Path treads beautiful paths that navigate to Padstow, Tregardock and Polzeath. The nearby village of Rock, and also the market town of Wadebridge are well worth exploring, and are within a short 15-minute drive by car. Cloud Nine is a remarkable holiday home, ideal for those in search of seclusion and luxury, but with easy access to the breath-taking bounty of North Cornwall.
