There is no "flame effect gas fire" but instead an oil-fired stove which is incredibly hot and is dangerous with no fire guard. Without the stove on, there is no heating, making the property uncomfortably cold. I cannot recommend this property for anyone with young children, elderly people or those with learning difficulties in their party as the danger if they were to trip against the stove is too great. Additionally you should note the description is incorrect in terms of the bedrooms - it is actually two doubles and a bunk bed room.
