Portreath has an array of shops, pubs, and restaurants and the beach is dog friendly (with some seasonal restrictions). There are numerous walks from your doorstep, ideal for those after a more active break. Explore the famous South West Coast Path or Coast to Coast cycle trail from here. At the rear of the property is the further bedroom with a king size bed and views across the countryside towards St Agnes and a modern and contemporary family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Outside, from the utility area, is the enclosed garden with a terrace with seating, where you can dine alfresco with the charcoal BBQ on the go. There's also an area of lawn and a variety of mature shrubs and plants with farmland beyond the garden.
