The Pickle Pot in Newquay is consistently praised for its cosy and comfortable accommodation, with easy beach access and a peaceful setting. Guests appreciate the clean environment, convenient parking, and the welcoming host, Roger. The local village and amenities, including a beach and eateries, add to the charm of the stay. The property is well-equipped and dog-friendly, making it an ideal base for exploring North Cornwall.
Guests have described the accommodation as very clean and well-maintained, indicating high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
The property boasts fantastic beach access and proximity to local amenities, with a short drive to larger supermarkets. The location is also appreciated for its peacefulness and scenic views.
Reviewers have highlighted the comfort of the accommodation, mentioning it as cosy, quiet, and comfortable, which suggests a high level of satisfaction in this area.
The property is noted for being well-appointed with a dishwasher, washing machine, and adequate cooking utensils. However, there is no mention of the state of maintenance, so the score reflects the positive feedback without assuming perfection.
While guests have mentioned the provision of doggy treats and a welcoming host, there is not enough consistent information about additional thoughtful touches to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be provided every time.

It was a lovely few days away, definitely will be coming back. Accommodation was cosy, quiet and comfortable. Beach access was fantastic cannot fault at all. Local amenities were mainly those on the sea front, but it did only take us 20 minute drive to a bigger supermarket. Loved every moment!

A really lovely place to stay - an excellent centre for visiting the area. Not too far from all the amenities at Mawgan Porth - the beach and shops etc. The accommodation is very well appoInted, clean, comfortable and with good parking. We loved our week there and would be pleased to have a return visit.
