Sweetbriar was a lovely family home for the week in Newquay . Home from home with everything available that you could think of .It gave us a good central base to explorer the surrounding countryside. Lin was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome , especially the homemade scones , jam and cream .I would certainly recommend this accommodation and hopefully we will get to visit again .

We had a brilliant holiday staying at Sweetbriar a great location and lovely holiday home. The garden is lovely lots of birds coming to feed on the bird feeders and there are nice seating areas to relax. We had everything we needed in the house although the shower could be updated. But overall it was amazingly good value and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Newquay and Cornwall. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome hamper a big thank you to our host Linda 😀
