It has an open plan double aspect living space with kitchen, dining and living areas. Comfortable sofas surround the large TV great to snuggle into after a busy day exploring, or why not cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen? The cupbaord near the kitchen contains a table-top ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and clothes airer. There is a little study area for reading a book or catching up on some work, and a large bedroom with a super kingsize zip and link bed which can also be set up as two 3’ single beds - perfect for a romantic break, a couple of friends or for a single parent with a child. Outside is a sun trap of a patio on the front lawn, which is a delightful place to relax.

Mitchell is a quiet but very convenient little village with one of the best pubs in Cornwall just 45 yards down the road. Situated less than 500 yards from a junction on the A30 so you will have excellent access to both the east and west this a great central location, from the north coasts glorious sandy beaches, magnificent promontories, crashing surf and secluded bays to the picturesque quintessential Cornish towns and villages like Padstow or Port Isaac. The Eden Project or St Michaels Mount are both within a 40 minute drive as is the glorious Roseland Peninsula which combined will give a wonderful, varied holiday. Beach 7¼ miles.
