The apartment, part of a converted Victorian residence, has simply stunning views across the beach and coastline and sits on the coastal path. A steady stroll along the path leads to Watergate Bay, home to a ¾ mile stretch of golden sand and beach watersports centre. The coast road from Porth to Padstow is a must. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 250 yards.
