Newquay s beaches are well known for their world class surfing conditions, and Fistral hosts an array of surf festivals and competitions throughout the year. If you ve got little ones in tow, there are a number of family attractions within Newquay, including Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo, Little Western Railway, Adventure Golf and the indoor Trampoline and play park. A little further afield, attractions such as Lappa Valley Railway (5 miles), Dairyland (5.5 miles) and the Eden Project (22 miles) make for great days out. Enter the property into the generous hallway, from which the large open plan living area instantly gives you a sense of light and space. The lounge is directly to your left and features sea views, comfortable seating, a flame effect fire and large Smart TV. This is a great spot for snuggling up and watching a film or two. The games area is shared with this space, with its table football and breakfast bar. Patio doors lead out on the courtyard, a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh air with friends and family. Off the lounge area is the spacious kitchen/dining room with its extra large table, Smart TV and seating area perfect for socialising and sharing the cooking. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
