When you arrive, you'll find an off-road parking space for one car to park up and unload your belongings. The ground floor hosts a utility cupboard fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer to throw in sandy towels after busy beach days. There is also a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower to quickly freshen up, alongside the first of four bedrooms, a double with plenty of storage space and access to the patio garden.

Located to the rear, this enclosed space has a picnic bench for al fresco dining whilst your dog rests their paws. Climb the stairs to find the kitchen/diner that is both functional and pleasant for cooking at home and dine with your loved ones. It has contemporary amenities and appliances and comes with an 8-seater dining table with six chairs and two foldable chairs for little ones. Padstow's fishing village is 14 miles away, and Truro's museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobblestone streets are 30 minutes away. The Tate St Ives gallery is an hour's drive or train ride away. Newquay is the perfect touring base because nothing in Cornwall is far.
