This two-storey property now sleeps up to six guests in three double bedrooms and offers a high level of quality furnishings and comfortable, tasteful surroundings. The sitting room is a great place to relax and guests can socialise around the dining table beside the warming wood-burning stove. There is also a little snug for quiet moments or to settle with the Sunday papers. The modern kitchen is well equipped with quality items for the most keenest cook! The bathroom is on the ground floor with Japanese style bath and a double shower. Outside is an attractive sunny courtyard garden with gas barbecue, fire pit and plenty of comfortable seating for those balmy summer evenings. Nearby St Mawgan is home to the popular Falcon Inn with restaurant and beer garden. There is also a village shop and tea-room. There are three amazing beaches also within a short drive namely Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps. The famous Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are also well worth a visit. Mawgan Porth boasts golden sands set against the dramatic landscape of cliffs and caves, topped with the coastal footpath with spectacular views over the north Cornish shoreline. Get set with nets and buckets to explore rock pools or hire a board and join the surf school for some wet fun, with lifeguards on patrol during the main season.
