With two bedrooms and a family bathroom, it's a perfect base for small families. With the patio to the back and sides of Little Budock, plus the lawn in front, you'll find a sunspot for most of the day.

Helford Passage nestles on the banks of the beautiful river Helford, with a sandy beach and direct access to the South West Coastal Path.  There’s plenty to do at nearby Helford Passage, including hire of kayaks or paddle boards to get you out on the water, and two beaches offering the usual seaside fun.  The Ferryboat Inn specialises in seafood dishes and holds regular music and quiz nights. The local ferry can take you across to pretty Helford village where you can meander along the shore to explore Daphne Du Maurier’s Fisherman’s Creek.  Alternatively relax and enjoy good food at the welcoming Shipwrights Arms in Helford or venture further afield to historic and bustling Falmouth, experience rugged Land’s End or the gentle gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. All the traditional attractions of a Cornish Holiday such as nearby fishing trips, golf, cycling, horse-riding, seaside fish and chips, coastal walks, art galleries and stunning beaches make this a perfect base for couples or families all year round.

 Kitchen with gas  hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and fridge with ice box. Underfloor heating throughout.

Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6 double and memory foam mattress, plus large wardrobe with sliding doors.

Bedroom 2 with bunk beds and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have doors opening onto the patio area. 

Family bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. Cupboard with washing machine.

Outside

Lawn to the front of the property, and paved area to the side and rear with table and chairs. Private shed for storing paddleboards, wetsuits, bikes etc.

Parking

Designated off-road parking space for two cars.
