Roosters in Cornwall is highly praised for its peaceful location, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches like welcome treats and the property's proximity to local attractions. The cottage's facilities, including the kitchen and outdoor spaces, receive commendations, although a few guests noted firm beds and the lack of a hairdryer.
The majority of guests found Roosters to be spotlessly clean, with fresh bedding and towels. One review mentioned poor cleanliness, but this seems to be an outlier.
Guests love the peaceful rural setting and the property's central location for exploring Cornwall. Some noted the convenience of local amenities and the beauty of the surrounding area.
Many guests reported a very comfortable stay, with special mentions of the comfy beds in the master bedroom. However, some guests found the downstairs beds too hard, slightly lowering the score.
The property is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, and guests enjoyed the outdoor gardens. A few guests mentioned the absence of a hairdryer, which affects the score.
Guests frequently mentioned the thoughtful welcome treats, such as scones, clotted cream, wine, and flowers. While these gifts are greatly appreciated, they are subject to change and not guaranteed for every stay.

This time we stayed for two weeks. We have also booked for two weeks next year as well. It is in a wonderful position with fantastic views. The cottage has everything to make a fantastic holiday. The beds and bedding are so comfortable. It was beautifully clean with everything we needed when we arrived, including scones with jam and cream. A vase of fresh flowers and Nickie even left us a saffron cake the second week. Thank you Ed and Nickie for another wonderful holiday. Linda and Pearl.
