The Manor House at Tremaine is beautifully furnished throughout with sumptuous bedrooms, spacious living rooms, two wood fired hot tubs and a pool table. It's a wonderful place for a special family get together to make magical memories forever. The Tremaine Manor Estate consists of the Manor house and 12 traditional cottages, barns and a shepherd's hut, is situated between Looe and Polperro, close to the beautiful Cornish coast.

Inside the extensive accommodation you will experience beautifully furnished rooms typical of a traditional country home, creating a wonderful ambience, luxurious lifestyle and wow factor. The grand drawing room is oozing comfort and warmth with its sumptuous furnishings and open fire creating a wonderful room for your family gathering. Just off the drawing room is a large conservatory looking out into the rear garden, a great room to relax and watch the children play outside. Beyond the drawing room is a fully fitted kitchen with central island, breakfast table and chairs for eight guests. If you love to cook there is more than ample space, equipment and gadgets to cater for a full family feast for a special occasion or family party. Leading off the kitchen is large utility /laundry room with a convenient downstairs WC. The formal dining room has a mahogany table with extending leafs which can sit fourteen guests comfortably and magically converts in to a pool table for fun evenings. The sitting room adjoins the dining room thus making it a really family friendly room for all to enjoy. There is second kitchen which is again fully fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave and at the rear another large conservatory which can be used as another more informal dining area or a place to gather everyone together for gin and bubbles on the patio.

Upstairs the layout is quirky with three staircases and interconnecting doors for when the house is split into two separate dwellings. The grand staircase leads you to bedroom one with its canopied king-size four poster bed. The bedroom is spacious and has two arm chairs, an occasional table and large wardrobes and drawers and convenient en-suite shower room. Further along the hall is bedroom two with a king- size bed, bedroom three comprising a small bunk bedroom ideal for children and a family bathroom. At the end of the hall is the Bedroom four with another king-size bed.

Interconnecting double doors lead you into the East side of the house, where you will find bedroom six with carved oak four poster double bed, wall mounted Smart television and a luxury en-suite bathroom. Next you will find bedroom five, an elegant double bedroom and a family shower room with a large shower cubicle, WC and basin. Bedroom seven is accessed via its own little private staircase and has has Art Deco furniture, king-size bed, sloping ceilings and a window overlooking the miniature pony paddock.

Outside, this luxury house has a wonderful lawn garden to the rear, two patios, each with a wood fired hot tub, swing hammock on the lawn, two fire pits, wooden loungers, garden furniture and two charcoal barbecues.

Within the grounds of the estate there is a convenient shared laundry room for all to make use of with two washing machines and tumble dryers, ideal for washing sandy costumes after a day at the beach. The East Wing welcomes two dogs with an exercise area and local kennels also available. A full-size, all weather tennis court is situated in the grounds along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton and assorted indoor games on-site.
