The location is celebrated for its exceptional views and proximity to local attractions. However, some guests note the challenge of steep access, which slightly impacts the score.
Comfort is a recurring theme, with guests finding the property 'very comfortable' and the beds 'comfortable'. The presence of a window seat to enjoy the views adds to the overall comfort.

Fabulous views. The sitting room was more comfortable than I had thought it would be. Steep steps down to Hanafore Lane, but perfectly manageable. And then a pleasant walk along the lane to the bus stops by the fire station. Excellent bus services. The garage is a plus, and easily accessible with a reasonable sized car.

A wonderful property with stunning views over Looe. Loved sitting in the window watching everyone below. A lovely well stocked accommodation. Nothing was missing that we needed. Garage is tight but you get used to it and becomes easier to navigate. Beds comfy, shower lovely.
Mr Warner
The most stunning views of Looe we could possibly wish for.. We loved being able to sit in the bay window looking out over the harbour in the evenings. The living room is spacious with lovely comfortable sofas and seats. Kitchen was well equiped. Master bedroom is a nice size and again, stunning views. The second bedroom smaller but was big enough for two Teenagers with the twin beds. There is a little table and chairs at the front where you can also sit out and enjoy the stunning views. It's a climb from the harbour to the property with a lot of stairs. The write up clearly says this but don't underestimate it..It would not put us off hiring again. Parking , there is a garage - I got my Jaguar XF in and me out of it. You need to be a confident driver . We had some plans to go out and visit places but there was so much to see in and around Looe that we only left once for the week. Overall. A fantastic location with awesome views and lots to see, do and eat around Looe
