This beautifully presented end terrace cottage is quietly located in the sought after area of Shutta, but just 10 minutes' walk from the sandy beach and hustle and bustle of East Looe, making it a lovely family holiday base to take advantage of all that Looe and the surrounding area has to offer. There is a characterful Inn just a minute or so away, and many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from in the town.  The Cornish coastline with its pretty fishing villages, small coves and beaches is perfect for exploring and visitors will enjoy the huge choice of places to discover. Seaton, Portwrinkle and Downderry are just along the coast heading east and picturesque Polperro with its quaint shops, inns and fishing harbour lies to the west. Boat trips are available to book from the harbour in Looe and you can even catch your own fish for supper. Inland, Bodmin Moor is less than 30 minutes' drive and the ever-popular Eden Project just 40 minutes away. Sandpiper Cottage is situated 200 yards up Shutta Hill and has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard. An open plan lounge/diner has a cosy wood burner and there is a modern fitted kitchen. Upstairs the double bedroom has a lovely estuary view, and there is a further twin bedroom. Outside a rear enclosed patio area is accessed via the upstairs with table and 4 chairs for relaxing in the fresh air and soaking up the peace and quiet.

Accommodation: Ground Floor: Open plan lounge/diner with TV, DVD, mini HiFi, wood burner, iPod docking station, Wii and a selection of games, table and chairs. Kitchen off with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with King and TV. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Shower room with WC and basin. Small landing threshold so care with young children on the landing.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. WiFi. No smoking. Small pet by arrangement charged at £25.00 per week per pet. Garage parking just outside the property. Measurements: 210 cm wide, 200 cm high and very long once inside the garage. Short breaks available out of season. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
