Spacious barn conversion in a rural location in South Cornwall, within one mile of the popular harbour town of Looe.

This handsome property is in an idyllic situation in the rolling hills close to the South Cornwall coast. Just one mile away is the pretty town of Looe, which is a busy fishing port as well as a popular destination for tourists, thanks to its sandy beach and range of shops and eateries. Visitors may like to take a trip out to Looe Island, which is home to a large population of grey seals who enjoy basking on the rocks. Just four miles away is the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary which offers visitors the chance to get close to a range of rescued primates. There are also many wonderful walks to be had directly from the cottage. You will be greeted in a friendly and Covid secure way at this large property, with original wooden beams found throughout, which makes a wonderful location for a large family holiday. The heart of the property is the large lounge which has a wood burner effect electric fire, Smart TV with Netflix, and a DVD/Blu ray player. The second lounge will appeal to younger members of your party as, in addition to the Smart TV with Netflix and DVD/Blu ray player, table football and plenty of space to play family games you have brought with you. Unlimited superfast broadband is available over wifi throughout the property and grounds. The property has five bedrooms, two of which are situated on the ground floor: 1 double and 1 twin. There is also a large bathroom on this level, with bath, walk in shower, and WC. The upper floor has three bedrooms all with en suite shower or bath and WC. All three of these bedrooms are doubles, with one of them having an extra single bed to make a family triple. Outside there is a private picnic and BBQ area, as well as large grounds which are accessed from the property s lounge doors. There is ample parking for up to four cars; additional parking can also be arranged with the owners prior to arrival. Need to know: 5 bedrooms: 3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 triple (with double and single bed). Bathroom with bath, walk in shower, and WC; 3 additional en suites, 2 with showers, 1 with bath, each with WC.
