Walking to the beach from your cottage will take approximately fifteen minutes, making it easy to leave the car behind for the day. Comfortably furnished and decorated to a good standard, this modern holiday home has an open plan sitting room on the ground floor where the family can relax. Upstairs are three well presented bedrooms comprising two doubles and a twin which share a family bathroom. To the rear of the property is a sunny patio backed by shared green space. There is an allocated parking space plus visitor parking nearby. Falmouth is roughly ten minutes in the car with its plethora of shops, cafes, bars and galleries or head toward the Lizard peninsula for adventures down the Helford River and its many twisting creeks. A fantastic base for families, this practical holiday home offers flexibility, space and facilities for all ages.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry viii, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
