With the popular coast to coast cycle track (which travels from Devoran Creek to Portreath Harbour) literally right on the doorstep, the cottage is perfect for walkers, cyclists and dogs.The large front garden and gravelled parking area captures the sun most of the day.

The front door leads into a large open plan living/dining room with woodburning stove and tv with Freeview and a small kitchen with a built-in oven and ceramic hob. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with an electric shower over the bath.

The village of St Day, half a mile away, has a choice of two traditional pubs, a small selection of shops, post office and a fish and chip shop. Careless Whisper is also a perfect base for exploring further afield. Truro, just 6 miles away, has an intriguing and eclectic mix of art galleries, bars, restaurants, nightclubs as well as a cinema, theatre, cathedral and museum, making it a year round destination. A city steeped in history and awe inspiring architecture, there is plenty to see and do. Whether you are keen to shop, dine with friends, visit the gardens, an event or simply meander through the Georgian streets, a holiday to Cornwall is not complete without a trip into its capital city.

Careless Whisper is just 6 miles from the long sandy beach at Porthtowan, 7 miles from the quaint village of St Agnes and 8 miles from the maritime capital of Cornwall - Falmouth.

Accommodation: Ground floor: One step into the open plan living/dining room with woodburning stove (initial complementary basket of logs), pine dining table and chairs and Freeview TV; kitchen with fridge and small top freezer compartment and electric cooker with ceramic hob. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double, Bedroom 2 with Twin, Bedroom 3 with 2ft 6 suitable for a child and family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, WC and hand wash basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Woodburner with initial complimentary basket of logs. Oil CH. 2 pets welcome. No smoking. Garden furniture. No cot is provided please bring your own travel cot. Parking for 3 cars in an off-road parking area. Storage shed for bikes, surf boards and boots. Outside tap. Short breaks available. 3pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
