This former Cider House is over 200 years old and has all the olde worlde charm of a bygone era with the owners bringing it right up to date to make it a truly comfortable and luxurious holiday home. Period features a brimming throughout; heavily beamed rooms are a good size with the main sitting room being on two levels offering seating both grouped around the log burning stove with the lower area as a TV/snug -just what you would expect from an English country holiday cottage. The extended mature gardens are a treat with dramatic country side views across the Mendip hills, quite simply the perfect place to enjoy a summer time bbq and a glass of wine. Both the wonderful beaches of North Somerset and Cheddar Gorge are within 5 miles offering the best of both worlds and the elegant spa town of Bath is within 45 minutes.
