Monks Cottage is a beautiful, character cottage dating back to 1544, boasting features from its original use as a Benedictine priory. With two bedrooms accessed by a charming spiral staircase, one king-size double and one single, this cottage can sleep three people. The cottage also includes a ground floor shower room with a multi-jet shower, a kitchen and a sitting room with a cosy woodburner and dining area. Outside is free, unrestricted parking opposite the cottage on a first come, first served basis, along with an enclosed rear courtyard garden with furniture. Monks Cottage provides couples with a quirky, romantic retreat for discovering nearby Bath, and surrounding Somerset.

Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with multi-jet shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and woodburner.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free, unrestricted roadside parking opposite cottage on first come, first served basis. Enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The steep, wooden spiral staircase may be unsuitable for less mobile guests and young children. Note: Mobile phone signal can be limited. Note: Check-in 4pm.
