Hot Tub Information

Due to water changes and routine maintenance, your hot tub may not be at the correct temperature when you first arrive.By using the hot tub, you agree to Darwin Escapes’ terms and conditions and confirm that you have read the relevant hot tub safety information, found here.

Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £6.00 each. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park and are subject to availability.

Travel Cots

A travel cot can be requested as part of your booking. Please be aware of the following:• Bedding is not provided.• The mattresses supplied are folding, thin and firm, as provided by the manufacturer.• You must follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions.• Do not use an additional mattress or padded bedding, such as pillows or quilts.• Please bring your own suitable bedding, such as an infant sleeping bag.• Contact reception on 01202 622 434 for mattress dimensions if required.• Travel cots may not fit in the double/master bedrooms of some accommodation units. Please contact reception if you require a cot.• Manufacturer instructions will be provided when the cot is issued.• Cots are cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidance after each use.For further information about safe sleeping in travel cots, please refer to guidance from organisations such as The Lullaby Trust.

Pets

Please ensure that your pet is included on your booking.If your pet has not been included, Darwin Escapes may relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, subject to availability, or refuse access to the resort. You may also be responsible for any charges incurred.

Work Parties: No Work vehicles or Workwear will be permitted on site. Un-authorised Work Parties will not be allowed to stay.
