Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Two balconies with outdoor furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Location, location, location! This second floor apartment is set in a superb position on the beach front esplanade in the ever popular resort of Shanklin.
Two sets of patio doors in the open plan living space bring that sea air inside… and what would be better than having your breakfast on the balcony whilst gazing out to sea?
We’re sure you’ll never tire of those views but when the sun sets there’s a 32” Freeview TV and DVD player to while away your evening’s, or it’s just a couple of minutes stroll into the heart of Shanklin with its pubs and restaurants. When it’s time for bed there’s a double and twin bedroom for you to snuggle down in for the night.
Shanklin is a great place to holiday whatever the British weather throws at you. Visit Shanklin theatre or take a stroll through Shanklin Chine, a wooded gorge with fabulous waterfalls. For younger visitors Sandown Zoo will go down a treat, as will Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf.

The apartment is on the top floor ( 40+steps) The apartment is clean. It is very well equipped with everything you need including a few extras. The layout of the apartment was a little strange at first feeling you had to walk a mile to get from the living space to the bathroom and bedrooms though dull corridors. There could have been a welcome pack which would have been useful. The extraction fan in the bathroom was noisy and was on its way out. The apartment had a unique smell which to be honest got up my nose dreadfully. I Think it’s all the purifiers about. This I think is to defuse the smell maybe coming from the loft of the property. If you like the sound of the pigeons about our head on the ceiling you will love this apartment. There is an air vent in the roof where a family of pigeons are getting the loft space which sounds horrible at sometimes of the day/ night. You can see from the cliff top patch were they are getting in. Quite an easy fix . I can complain about the view . Stunning and also the parking. Had a good week but maybe the lower floors might be a little more peaceful. In all an okay stay

Sunny Beach has everything you could possibly want for a self catering holiday. It was spotlessly clean on arrival with thoughtful extras. The location is excellent, a brilliant view of the beach and a 10 minute walk to the town centre. We have stayed here twice and would thoroughly recommend it.

The accomadation we cannot fault, although we did have problems with the internet which did not work, called person on details given to be told they dont have this property any more. And number they gave us their was no answer. Also pigeons are still in the loft so can be noisy!
