Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Two balconies with outdoor furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Location, location, location! This second floor apartment is set in a superb position on the beach front esplanade in the ever popular resort of Shanklin.
Two sets of patio doors in the open plan living space bring that sea air inside… and what would be better than having your breakfast on the balcony whilst gazing out to sea?
We’re sure you’ll never tire of those views but when the sun sets there’s a 32” Freeview TV and DVD player to while away your evening’s, or it’s just a couple of minutes stroll into the heart of Shanklin with its pubs and restaurants. When it’s time for bed there’s a double and twin bedroom for you to snuggle down in for the night.
Shanklin is a great place to holiday whatever the British weather throws at you. Visit Shanklin theatre or take a stroll through Shanklin Chine, a wooded gorge with fabulous waterfalls. For younger visitors Sandown Zoo will go down a treat, as will Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf.

The accomadation we cannot fault, although we did have problems with the internet which did not work, called person on details given to be told they dont have this property any more. And number they gave us their was no answer. Also pigeons are still in the loft so can be noisy!

Our second stay at sunny beach apartment was made even better by the lovely weather and it was nice to sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by

The apartment is nice and big with views to die for That’s as good as the review gets, the whole apartment needs a really good clean, all the widows were dirty, the backs of the settees were dusty also between the seat cushions there’s enough crumbs to make a packet of biscuits, obviously not been vac’d in months, the cooker was filthy, the microwave I had to wipe out before use, mould around edge of bath, the kitchen bin lid looks like it has never been cleaned, pigeons (yes pigeons) live in the roof space above, which in turn leaves an awful acrid smell in the bathroom and bedroom, the internet is rarely available combined with no phone signal forget about streaming any music services you have or ordering a takeout, the mattress in main bedroom is end of life and needs replacing. This apartment could be a great apartment but need lots of TLC. Apparently this apartment has just changed ownership so can only hope the new owner addresses all the problems.
