Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £6.00 each. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park and are subject to availability.
Travel Cots
A travel cot can be requested as part of your booking. Please be aware of the following:• Bedding is not provided.• The mattresses supplied are folding, thin and firm, as provided by the manufacturer.• You must follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions.• Do not use an additional mattress or padded bedding, such as pillows or quilts.• Please bring your own suitable bedding, such as an infant sleeping bag.• Contact reception on 01202 622 434 for mattress dimensions if required.• Travel cots may not fit in the double/master bedrooms of some accommodation units. Some of the furniture was showing signs of ware oven done with good clean inside dishwasher smells some mark on wall from previous dogs

I have given the park 1 star due to the wildlife around the park being beautiful. Other than that I have nothing nice to say about the lodge itself. Curtains full of mould, flooring peeled up (trip hazard, causing my toddler to fall on multiple occasions) extractor fan continuously dripped grease into our food whilst cooking on the hob. The sofa was also full of holes and dog fur. I don’t think the lodge exterior (including the decked area) had been cleaned in a very long time. The list goes on… wouldn’t stay at the site ever again. Disgusting

Firstly the park is very nice. It’s quiet, clean and very tidy, just what we wanted. There’s a bus stop right outside the park which is great to go to Poole or the opposite direction to Swanage. Our Hazel 3 Premier lodge was very dated and needed a good clean. The main bed was very uncomfortable with springs felt when turning over and I got a spring in my leg when sitting on the side of the bed, getting into bed. The mattress was also stained. The fridge was missing a shelf in the door for the milk. Cupboard door missing on the washing machine. The location of our lodge was private. Our hot tub was checked every day. Sofa dirty and stained However my son’s lodge was really lovely. It has clearly been upgraded and it was clean and tidy. Shame ours wasn’t to the same standard.
