A well equipped kitchen having an electric oven and induction hob, microwave and dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer. On the first floor a spacious super king bedroom (which can be made up to a twin on request), a double bedroom with an additional double sofa bed, an en suite shower room, comprising of shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. A family bathroom comprising of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Outside: A patio area with garden furniture and bbq, looking onto the owners garden and thirteen acres of shared gardens and woodlands, hot tub (exclusive use of the hot tub and the use of the tennis courts Guests will need to arrange with the owner prior to arrival) Need to know: Bedrooms 1 super king (which can be made into a twin on request, 1 double bed. Bathroom Family bathroom with bath and shower over, en suite shower room to master bedoom. Wifi (not unlimited usage). Electric oven with induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Washing machine/dryer. Hot tub Eating in, or around the hot tub is not permitted and it is not to be used after consuming alcohol Guests will need to bring their own towels for the hot tub (Guests will need to request exclusive use of the hot tub with the owner prior to their arrival). Charcoal bbq Guest will need to bring their own charcoal. Tennis court by prior arrangement with the owner during the guests stay. Ample off road parking.. Shop and pub within walking distance. The owners live in the main house next to the annex. Smoking is not permitted within the grounds. A sofa bed is available with prior arrangement from the owner for children (There will be an extra charge for bed linen for the sofa bed). No Stag or Hen parties.
