Steyning is a pretty Sussex village that offers plenty of activities, the village has a wealth of independent shops and a fine selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Located in the heart of the South Downs, it is a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks as well as cycling, and for those looking for a traditional family seaside holiday there is the nearby beach at Shoreham. Close by, is the city of Brighton, which is home to the Royal Pavilion and the i360, the world s tallest moving observation tower. Brighton also boasts a wealth of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping, perfect if you are looking for some retail therapy. Enter the property, to find the stylish open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, has a large comfy sofa and two chairs with an inglenook fireplace with wood burner, Smart TV and DVD. The light and airy bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. Outside, is an enclosed landscaped garden to enjoy with patio area, table, chairs and BBQ, great for summer entertaining. There is also a lawn area and bicycle storage for keen cyclists. Parking is available within walking distance, either unrestricted roadside parking or the nearby local car park (charges apply).
