Cedar Barn is a bright and spacious family holiday home near East and West Wittering, ideal for large group gatherings.  The property is family heaven, sizable enough to accommodate a large group, but with enough space and enough entertainment options to keep everyone happy.

The property is located in a quiet, rural setting on a small private residential cul-de-sac in the village of Earnley, but is only a five minute drive to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and ten minutes to the renowned white sands of West Wittering beach. 

Living Space

The downstairs accommodation is more than big enough for a house accommodating twelve guests. 

There is a large play room / games room for the youngsters with direct access to the garden.

A family sitting room has a fire, dining area and open plan family kitchen. 

The house also benefits from a very practical large utility space off the kitchen and downstairs shower room. 

A washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and dishwasher are all available.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The house has five large bedrooms so is ideal for three families to share. 

The master king size room has an ensuite and balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and breathtaking sunsets.

There are two further double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower and a twin and double bunkroom. 

There is also a family bathroom on the first floor. 

Outside

Cedar Barn has a large secure garden to the rear of the property with heated swimming pool, patio and lawn area plus the driveway at the front is spacious enough for five or more cars.  

Other Things to Note

Pets are welcome.  We just ask that they do not go upstairs or on the soft furnishings.  We also require you to clear up after your pets in the garden upon departure. 

WiFi internet access is included and all bed linen and towels are provided.  A travel cot and highchair are also available for families.
