About these Holiday Retreat Lodges

Bosham Holiday Lodges are a perfect peaceful retreat situated 1.5 miles from Bosham village on the edge of Chichester Harbour.  We have three lodges each sleeping 2 and set within the secluded, beautiful grounds of The Hamblin Trust.  The location is ideal for watersports, walking, cycling and boat trips around Bosham Harbour and the wider Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Stunning Blue Flag West Wittering Beach is also within easy reach.

The lodges are for adults only and offer a relaxing setting with wellbeing treatments and a selection of classes including yoga and pilates available.  The famous cathedral city of Chichester and popular attractions including the Weald and Downland Museum and Goodwood are only a short distance away.

Accommodation

Three cosy wooden clad lodges (sleep 2) all fully insulated with central heating and double glazing.

Living and kitchen areas are open plan with a stylish modern decor throughout.

The living area has a Broadband internet connection and a widescreen 40" Smart TV with Freeview HD.

Fitted kitchen areas with essential appliances including a microwave and a fridge.

A radio with DAB/FM streaming with Spotify plus music playback from USB sticks/other devices also available.

Bedrooms with a king-size bed or two single beds. 

24" Smart TV with Freeview HD and a Broadband connection is available in the bedroom.

Beds are fully made up ready for your arrival - all bed linen, duvets and towels are included.

Bathrooms come with a bath and a shower over the bath.

Outside

Each lodge has French doors leading out to a patio area with garden furniture and beautiful woodland and gardens beyond.

Complimentary Therapies & Classes

We have skilled practitioners onsite offering pamper sessions and treatments either in your own lodge or in the Hamblin treatment rooms.  Choose from beauty treatments, massage and traditional Indian ayurvedic medicine.  Please do contact us for more information.

Yoga and Pilates Classes are also available at Hamblin Hall each week along with meditations, talks and workshops - contact us for a programme prior to your visit.

The lodges are for adults only and sorry no pets please. 

Accommodation is strictly non-smoking.

Free WiFi is available.

Gas and electric are inclusive in booking.

Beautiful secluded wooded grounds surround the lodges and a quiet meditation room is onsite.

Availability

Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am.  Weekly breaks start on either a Friday or Saturday subject to availability.

Short breaks are available.  Our midweek breaks are from Monday to Friday and weekend breaks are Friday to Monday.  Members of the Hamblin Trust receive a 10% rental discount.

Around and About

The Saxon village of Bosham is just 1.5 miles away and there are a choice of lovely pubs and restaurants nearby.

The Chichester Harbour Area on the West Sussex/ Hampshire border offers a wealth of activities including popular watersports such as sailing, windsurfing and canoeing, birdwatching and themed boat trips.

Art trails are extensive in the Chichester and Emsworth area or enjoy an art class, workshop and a pottery studio in Nutbourne. 

The cathedral city of Chichester, also one of Britain's oldest Roman cities, is only a short distance away with its choice of shops, restaurants, the cathedral tour, world class theatre, guided walks, the ancient city walls and more.

The lodges are an ideal base for Goodwood festivals and events and other nearby top spots and attractions including the spectacular West Wittering Beach, Fishbourne Roman Palace and Gardens, Arundel Castle and the Weald and Downland Museum.

Don't miss a stroll along the Chichester Canal running out of Chichester.  Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is only a short drive away.
