No smoking.. The Hen House is an opulent and very generous space set in the grounds of the owner’s home near Bognor Regis. As you enter the property you are greeted by a very roomy reception room with comfy furniture and a cosy log burner for those romantic evenings. The garden is extremely well equipped with everything you are going to need for your stay at The Hen House. The huge walk-in shower is a superb feature of the property as is the huge bedroom with its super kingsize bed. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure that the gardens are kept immaculate and give as much privacy as you need as there is a lot of glass - the views and surroundings are magnificent. Outside you have your own fire pit for those summer evenings with a BBQ and some garden furniture to complete your stay which is going to be very memorable. The property is conveniently located less than 7 miles from Goodwood with both Chichester and Worthing also just a short drive from the property, This is a spacious and opulent Holiday Let with lots of room to enjoy yourselves and an owner that’s very eager for you to enjoy your time when you stay. He has built this property himself with the holiday let market in mind so your accommodation has been thoughtfully created so that you can make loads of memories whilst you stay. This really is a magnificent brand-new build, and you are not going to be disappointed. With so much to do locally this is a good place to call home whilst you go and explore what the area has in store for you and there is far too much to list on here. South Downs 3 miles. Beach 4 miles. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Lost count….and already booked again…..so that says it all! Highly recommended. Spotlessly clean, spacious , comfy bed, ballroom shower. Great place to stay and discover the area.

We received great information beforehand, and the friendly host was always easy to reach with any questions. The house is beautiful, modern, bright, and equipped with advanced features. It had everything we needed—a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a very spacious bathroom. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and a carton of eggs. Shops and other amenities are conveniently within 10 minutes. There’s also an extensive information folder and plenty of reading material. From here, we visited The Weald Downland Living Museum, Chichester, Arundel Castle, Bignor Roman Villa, and the Amberley open-air museum. While Bognor Regis was a bit disappointing as a seaside spot, there were plenty of great alternatives. Our favorite was Seaford, with its stunning white cliffs and proximity to Eastbourne. We had a wonderful week in this clean, comfortable cottage right next to the chickens!

We've just had a wonderful week at the Hen House, our host Chris was very welcoming and helpful. The place is well appointed with all the essentials, the bed is very comfortable with crisp white linens and capacious shower room having ample room to lay out your toiletries. We were blessed with great weather so didn't need to use the wood burner which was well stocked. The welcome pack had a nice touch with eggs from the chickens, milk, chocolates and wine. There were coffee pods and tea as well. The grounds were nice with an orchard the chickens coop and many different trees and shrubs around a large pond and a cheeky giraffe sculpture. Locally there are many attractions to keep you busy or just sit outside with a book and a bottle enjoying nature.
