"A good place for 3 family groups to enjoy a holiday together, celebrating a wedding anniversary and 30th birthday. Enough facilities - bathrooms and washing - for the 3 young children. The separate part of the house was particularly good as my younger daughter was heavily pregnant so it gave her room to rest away from the children."

"We had a great family break with my mum and dad. Lots of space great garden and lovely beach. The house is perfect for large groups."

"Lovely location it's a shame the house is a little unloved it needs a bit of tlc for example the shower door was faulty, the grass wasn't cut for our arrival or whilst we stayed there, the vertical blinds are broken at the bottom, there is a nail sticking out of one end of the coffee table, a pile of stinging nettles in the garden and decking in need of paint and varnish"

"location perfect for swimming, beach walks, dog walking - we loved to be surrounded by the locals, including our landlord"

"The house was in a good location unless you want Bognor town frequently and then its a cardrive away or a 1 1/2 hrs beach and coast pathwalk at low tide. House very well equipped, even down to beachtowels, bucket and spades and the owner even got us an extra sunchair from the garage for our aged relative. It was great having two lounge areas and plenty of bathrooms and even the 2 kitchens were used. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom were a bonus for us, but the walls are quite thin and we heard other family members wake at 0530 (baby crying). House very close to the beach which we all enjoyed and its was also in a good location for some trips out ie, Arundel, Goodwood, Portsmouth. However although the house is generally clean, it could do with a thorough clean in well-used areas and the hard to reach areas along with some maintenance. This was brought to the attention of the owner and if these were addressed we would stay again."

"A good holiday home with a very good location for the beach. However it was looking a little tired around the edges and could have done with a bit of general maintenance and attention."

"Perfect for a family get-together. close to beach for the grandchildren, pity the weather was against us."

"On downside, some items of equipment were faulty (no oven grill in main kitchen, some light bulbs dead, ), the carpets worn, overall the place was in need of redecoration, and most important of all no WiFi. But the owners were very helpful and the location was brilliant for a large family and two dogs. beach closeby, long walks without crowds, no parking problems. Local hostelries are OK but not always good service."

"Lovely family break- great little property."

"A beautiful house right on the beach. Really spacious and great to have the adjoining annexe-perfect for 2 families sharing the house. loved the big kitchen with room for everyone to sit around the table. Would be good to have wifi access as reception not good on the area and wanted to look up things to do and see. Overall would definitely stay again."

"lovely house and worked really well for 3 families. Its in a great location with very close beach access plus close to Littlehampton, Arundel and Chichester. We didn't think the photos did it justice as to how nice the house is. Whilst we were there in winter. we also think the garden lends itself to a great summer holiday too. "

"A wonderful property for larger groups with loads of space and a great, child-friendly garden. Proximity to the sea and quiet beach was a real bonus. Lots to do in the local area - wish we could have stayed longer. June 2012."

"We would have welcomed some information about local amenities - restaurants, supermarkets, churches etc. As we were only there for a long weekend there was very little time for exploring or for doing our own research. Jan 2012."

"Lovely property located wonderfully close to the beach. We had 3 couples with 5 small children sharing the house and it was very well equipped. It was so useful to have 2 baths, one shower, 2 washing machines, 2 tumble driers etc.. We didn’t really rate Littlehampton, loved Hotham park, mixed feelings about Butlins, loved Arundel castle and the local soft play (the flying fortress) was good too. Best of all was the beach being so close and so empty when we visited over October half term. Overall a great enjoyable holiday. Oct 2011."

"The property is conveniently located close to shops/pubs and the beach, (best enjoyed at low tide when it’s sandy). The rooms are comfortable and spacious, well furnished. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly want to cook with. Sept 2011. "

"Great house for a family of 9 and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Do need to get in the car if you want a day away from the beach. Great location for using the beach though and we found it very quiet as it’s a private estate, so very few other people on the beach when we were. July 2011."

"We have stayed in this property before and consider it ideal for a large family. It is the best equipped holiday property we have ever stayed in. June 2011."

"This is a great house for a party or a family gathering. With lots of different places for people to congregate, natter or just hideaway. Just enough space for 12 adults around the main kitchen table. Beware that one of the bedrooms has bunk beds. Great garden space, and only 5 mins walk from the beach. May 2011."

"The property was even better than than we expected. It was bigger and in better condition than we could have ever hoped. To have two lounges was ideal as the children played in one and we, the adults, could sit in the other lounge. Dec 2010."

"Plenty of room, close to the beach. Oct 2010."

"Situated about 100 yards from the beach and coastal walks. Had annex with small lounge/kitchen which enabled the junior members in the party to play games without disturbing the adults. Oct 2010."

"This was such an ideal location, the house was perfect and just right. The beach was lovely and so near we had an excellent time. June 2010. "

"Although its open-plan design meant that the house could be noisy at times with two small babies in the party, it was a super house for a big family. We have been renting holiday homes in France, Germany and UK for at least 30 years. This is the best equipped house, with 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom and high-end kitchen and laundry appliances, that we have ever stayed in. In addition, the garden is ideal for small children - a good play area, no flowers to be destroyed by small feet/balls, etc. The owners could not have been more helpful. The only drawback for us was that we couldn’t access our mobile network or the Internet without going to the beach just over 100m away. Nothing to do with the owners or the set-up. The house just happened to be in a gap in T-mobile provision. June 2010."

"The best point for us was the availability of space. Having 4 families staying we had ample room to sleep and play. Feb 2010."
