The address is Flat number 16, The Regency, St Augustines Road, Ramsgate, Kent CT11 9PD.

As you enter Ramsgate on the A299 from London, you will come to the last roundabout before entering the town with Grange Road on your left, West Cliff Road straight ahead and St Augustines Road on your right (last turning off the roundabout).

Go down St Augustines Road and the road bends round to the left.

TheRegency is the large cream building on your right.

Parking is not a problem, you can park free of charge anywhere on this road where there are no yellow lines.

Should you come by train, the station is about 15-20 minutes walk from the apartment or 5 minutes in a taxi.

Unless you wish to explore the area, there is really no need for a car while you are here as everything is on your doorstep.

Should you be approaching the apartment from the other side of Ramsgate then you need to find Royal Parade which is the road which runs along the marina and climbs up the hill.

At the top of the hill the road bends to the right and then almost immediately to the left.

The Regency is on the left just after the second bend.
